This role combines administrative, clerical, and managerial tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. This includes overseeing patient intake, appointment scheduling, billing/coding, maintaining patient records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This individual will serve as the point of contact between patients and the healthcare providers.
