We are looking for the perfect individual to be part of our customer technical support team. We are a small computer support company that is looking for an energetic, professional, self-motivated, reliable person to join our team.
The perfect candidate will want to help us grow our account base and assist in promoting technology solutions to small and medium size businesses. Unlimited growth and potential for the right candidate. We have a great work environment that will expose you to many areas of technology. This is an in-house position not remote and requires reliable transportation.
Duties include but not limited to:
Providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Answering phones and gathering detailed technical information.
Entering and completing support requests in our ticketing system.
Supporting our technical support projects.
Provide multiple levels of technical support based on experience.
Going onsite to customer locations when required.
Requirements:
Associate degree in a technical field with 2+ years’ experience
Ideal candidate working on or completed their four-year degree in Technology
Ability to multi-task
Have problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Have passion, drive, and ambition to be there best and do there best.
Have a desire to continue education.
Have reliable transportation.
Have excellent phone skills.
Have excellent communication skills.
Have knowledge of computer software and hardware.
Network, switch, and router experience.
In depth knowledge of Windows 7, 10/11, Office 365
Windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2022 knowledge.
Microsoft Hyper-V and VMWare experience a big plus
