    Job Responsibilities:

    - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools

    - Identify and resolve hardware and software issues on various platforms and operating systems

    - Perform remote installations, upgrades, and configurations of software and hardware

    - Set up user accounts and permissions, and maintain system security

    - Monitor and maintain client networks, servers, and workstations for optimal performance and availability

    - Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to prevent future problems

    - Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of work performed

    - Collaborate with team members and escalate issues to appropriate resources when needed

    - Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner to provide updates and resolve issues

    Job Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

    - 2 years of experience in a technical support role

    - Extensive knowledge and experience with various operating systems, such as Windows and MacOS

    - Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols

    - Familiarity with remote access tools and support software

    - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

    - Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment

    - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

    - Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

    - Certified in relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft Certified
