IT Support Specialist
Titan Placement Group is searching for a full-time IT Support Specialist in Sarasota, Florida.

Responsibilities
- Schedule: Monday -Thursday (830am to 5pm), Friday (9am to 2pm)
- Provide IT support for all technical needs across the organization, focusing on proactive solutions and troubleshooting
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM, ensuring smooth functionality and data integrity
- Design, build, and maintain the company website, ensuring a user-friendly experience
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect company and client data, monitoring systems regularly for security risks
- Develop and send newsletters, manage email marketing campaigns, and assist with social media engagement
- Oversee software support and training, ensuring the team is well-versed in tools like Google Workspace, MailChimp, and Microsoft Office
- Support Excel data management and reporting tasks, creating efficient spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards
- Maintain strong internal communication on technical issues and updates, responding to tech support needs promptly
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Excel with experience in creating reports, managing data, and building dashboards
- Experience in Tech Support, Cybersecurity, and Web Development
- Proficiency with CRM, ATS systems, and API integrations
- Familiarity with HTML, GoDaddy, Google Workspace, and email marketing platforms (MailChimp, etc.)
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including newsletter and social media management
- Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technology solutions
- Ability to support and train team members on software tools and systems
