About the Role:

Coastal Computer Consulting LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Technician to join our growing team in Brunswick, GA. Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral device problems

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications

Set up and support network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls

Respond to help desk tickets and client service requests in a timely manner

Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patching

Document technical issues, resolutions, and IT procedures

Resolving 90%+ of client issues on first contact

Maintaining a 98%+ client satisfaction rating

Hitting monthly goals with integrity, not shortcuts

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role

Proficiency with Windows and/or macOS operating systems

Working knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)

Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or similar platforms is a plus

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

A proactive, client-first attitude

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 100 lbs
