A respected mid-sized law firm is seeking an IT Support Technician to join its Atlanta office. This role provides frontline support for technical issues related to computers, phones, printers, and remote access. You’ll be the go-to contact for employees needing help—both in person and virtually—delivering fast, courteous, and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, phones, printers, and video conferencing tools
Respond to user issues and log support tickets accurately
Install and relocate hardware for new and existing users
Maintain equipment inventory and assist with system setups
Support firmwide AV and video conferencing platforms
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (nights/weekends/holidays)
What You Bring:
4+ years of desktop support experience (law firm or professional services preferred)
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; iManage experience a plus
Understanding of LAN/WAN environments and hands-on hardware support
Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude
