    Job Summary:

    As an IT Support Technician, you will provide technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, network issues, software updates, and end-user support for all IT services. The ideal candidate should be able to troubleshoot problems and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

    Responsibilities:

    Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.

    Perform software updates and PC imaging.

    Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.

    Assist users with navigating and troubleshooting EHR software.

    Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Ability to adapt and learn new technologies.

    Utilize and maintain a ticketing system to track and document support calls.

    Offer end-user support for all IT services.

    Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics.

    Tracking/detailing hardware inventory.

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in a technical support role.

    Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.

    Experience with Epic Electronic Health Record system. (Preferred)

    Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage competing demands.

    Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to build rapport and effectively interact with end users.

    Professional demeanor.

    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
