Position Overview: IT Support
We are seeking a technically skilled IT Support with strong problem‑solving abilities to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for user‑level IT support, responding promptly to technical issues and helping ensure the reliable operation of all systems.
IT Support must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, as they will work closely with employees across departments and at all organizational levels. Success in this role requires the ability to listen to user needs, understand technical challenges, and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities of an IT Support:
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software to ensure optimal performance
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Repair or replace damaged equipment as needed
Install and maintain antivirus and security software at the user level
Test and evaluate new hardware and software solutions
Provide user support and serve as the first point of contact for IT issues and error reporting
Qualifications of an IT Support:
2+ years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance
A+, Linux+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification preferred
