Job Description

Do you posses extensive experience in Windows domain environments, and strong technical writing skills? MAXISIQ is looking for a technical professional with a proven track record in program support to join our team supporting the maintenance and improvement of infrastructure, documenting processes, and providing high-level support for critical systems. This is a full-time, on-site position in Quantico, Virginia supporting work anticipated to start in October upon award.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and implement complex Windows-based systems and network solutions
• Manage and optimize Windows domain environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and related services
• Conduct thorough system analysis to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and standard operating procedures
• Provide advanced technical support for Windows-based systems and applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT solutions with business objectives
• Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and implementations
• Monitor system performance and security, recommending and implementing enhancements as needed
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the IT department
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Active Top Secret clearance minimum
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT systems analysis, with a focus on Windows domain environments
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related technologies
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise documentation
• Extensive experience in providing program support and troubleshooting complex IT issues
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and system management
• Familiarity with networking concepts and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
