Hellas, the #1 Sports Construction company in North America, is seeking an experienced and motivated IT Systems Engineer to support a fast-paced construction company in Austin.

Headquartered in Cedar Park, TX, Hellas is the largest sports construction contractor in the United States. As an IT Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT systems. You will work closely with internal clients and the Hellas IT support team to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet their IT requirements. Additionally, you will take the lead in integrating systems and platforms across Hellas while collaborating with the Tencate IT group to build a unified corporate IT environment. ****

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IT systems with the Group IT department, including Windows server platforms, M365 tenants, and network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to internal clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely problem resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize IT solutions.
• Conduct system assessments and recommend improvements to enhance performance and security.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT system engineering and support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and platforms, including Active Directory, Exchange, and Azure.
• Certifications such as AZ-104, MS-102, and MD-102 are highly desirable.
• Experience with VMWare and Citrix platforms.
• Experience with Palo Alto, HPE Aruba, and Cisco is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Willingness to train and mentor IT colleagues to improve team knowledge and skill sets.
