Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic IT Systems & Infrastructure Manager to lead and oversee our organization's IT infrastructure. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing systems, networks, and DevOps practices. The successful candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, leadership acumen, and the ability to drive projects to completion while fostering collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, servers, storage, and cloud-based services.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the infrastructure team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
- DevOps Integration: Collaborate with DevOps teams to define, implement, and optimize tools and technologies, facilitating seamless deployment and system automation.
- Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, track progress, and report status updates to senior management using tools like Jira. Ensure project deliverables meet quality, scope, and timeline expectations.
- Service Management: Oversee IT service delivery, including helpdesk operations, ticket management, and incident resolution, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to IT strategy development, including budgeting, capacity planning, and resource allocation to support business growth and innovation.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure the organization's systems are secure, resilient, and optimized. Manage system configurations, troubleshoot complex issues, and oversee disaster recovery planning.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.
- Reporting & Documentation: Create executive presentations, reporting matrices, and documentation to communicate project statuses, infrastructure health, and key metrics to upper management.
- Vendor & Tool Management: Evaluate, select, and manage vendor relationships and software tools, ensuring they meet the organization’s evolving infrastructure needs.
