    Established local IT Support Group of 42 years is seeking full-time skilled I.T. team members to support our client base. This is an in-office position and is not a remote or work-from-home role. Candidates must be available to work on-site during normal business hours. Team members provide network, server, virtualization, workstation, hardware, software, and help desk support for small to medium-sized business clients.

    The ideal candidate will be energetic, professional, highly organized, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency. Excellent communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and follow-up skills are essential. This position requires the ability to manage support tickets from start to finish, communicate clearly with end users, document work performed, and ensure issues are fully resolved.

    Required Skills:

    Working knowledge of network infrastructure, LANs, WANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, switches, and wireless networks

    Proficiency with Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025 and Microsoft 365 / Office 365

    Experience supporting servers, workstations, printers, mobile devices, and associated business systems

    Working knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, and/or similar platforms

    Basic to intermediate Linux knowledge preferred

    Experience with ConnectWise tools, including ConnectWise Manage, Automate, and Control, preferred

    Excellent help desk support skills, including ticket management, client communication, follow-up, and issue ownership

    Ability to follow trouble tickets from initial report through final resolution

    Strong documentation skills, including documenting problems, resolutions, procedures, and client environments

    Ability to perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations, networks, and associated systems

    Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision

    Ability to participate in team-based projects and remain flexible as project priorities change

    Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and professional

    Ability to handle periods of high workload while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strong project management abilities, including planning, coordination, follow-through, and task completion

    Qualifications:

    3–5 years maintaining PC hardware, software, servers, and network systems preferred

    Education may be used in place of experience

    Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking, or related field preferred

    Associate’s degree in a related field may be considered

    CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft, VMware, Linux, Cisco CCENT, Cisco CCNA, and related certifications desired

    Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance

    Reliable transportation

    Background check and drug screen required

    This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position.
