Position Summary

The IT Technical Consultant provides senior-level implementation, troubleshooting, and operational support for M365 and Power Platform solutions. This role bridges architecture and engineering to ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement M365 configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Build and support PowerApps and Power Automate workflows.
• Execute architecture-defined technical implementation tasks.
• Conduct troubleshooting, testing, and optimization of solutions.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation routines.
• Produce technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 8 years of technical IT experience.
• Industry-recognized commercial certifications relevant to the role (e.g., Microsoft 365 Administrator, Power Platform Functional Consultant, Azure Administrator).
• Experience delivering technical implementations and solutions in enterprise environments.
