**About the Role
** An IT Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting an organization's computer systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure. They provide technical assistance to employees, resolve IT issues, and help ensure systems remain secure and operational.
What You Will Do
Who You Are
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic Linux operating systems.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and customer support skills with a user-focused approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with IT security and data protection best practices to support a secure technology environment.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certifications, or equivalent technical credentials are preferred.
