We are looking to bring on an integral team member to provide support for an existing project. You will function as an IT Test Engineer Analyst in Washington, DC. This is an remote role, thought meetings and hybrid future role may require onsite availability.
Role Description
The Department's Test Center was established, with the charter, to verify that all software releases being installed into the HUD production environment, have been tested and verified to function and install properly and do not adversely impact production operations. The number of software releases and the amount of testing necessary to do a complete verification has increased. The Test Engineer will support HUD Test Center test activities. The task is to provide general Test Center support for test activities as well as configuration management, and performance/stress testing support. The Test Engineer will assist in the necessary release testing, including installation, connectivity, performance/stress testing, and implementation of CM practices required of all HUD application releases. *Note - this may be a short-term or extended term position depending on team needs and resourcing.
