3+ years working with timekeeping and leave management systems; UKG Kronos preferred
3+ years working with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) module
Previous implementation experience of timekeeping and leave management systems
Participate in the on-going development and support of the IT HR and Incentive Comp team
Participate in strategic projects that improve operational efficiency across WWT’s internal project services organization
Provide business process design services to optimize both internal and customer-facing processes and solutions
Gather business requirements, create design documentation, perform system setup (boundary and custom applications), and prepare gap/interface functional specifications
Analyze data flow within the Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud and various boundary and custom web applications to resolve issues and to identify process improvements
Testing the end-to-end solution to ensure complete satisfaction of internal and external users
Analyze processes built with supported database technologies and programming platforms
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Ability to analyze Oracle PL/SQL code and processes like packages, procedures, and functions, etc., propose bug fixes
Ability to analyze Oracle SQL database objects like tables, views, triggers, queries, etc.,
Autonomous and self-motivated - execute on requirements both independently and with team collaboration
Ability to work and collaborate with business, and cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
Ability to thrive in an agile environment with evolving requirements
Ability to be innovative, have outside-the-box creativity, and present alternative ideas
Being an active listener and willing to communicate your ideas openly
