    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • 3+ years working with timekeeping and leave management systems; UKG Kronos preferred

    • 3+ years working with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) module

    • Previous implementation experience of timekeeping and leave management systems

    • Participate in the on-going development and support of the IT HR and Incentive Comp team

    • Participate in strategic projects that improve operational efficiency across WWT’s internal project services organization

    • Provide business process design services to optimize both internal and customer-facing processes and solutions

    • Gather business requirements, create design documentation, perform system setup (boundary and custom applications), and prepare gap/interface functional specifications

    • Analyze data flow within the Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud and various boundary and custom web applications to resolve issues and to identify process improvements

    • Testing the end-to-end solution to ensure complete satisfaction of internal and external users

    • Analyze processes built with supported database technologies and programming platforms

  • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

    • Ability to analyze Oracle PL/SQL code and processes like packages, procedures, and functions, etc., propose bug fixes

    • Ability to analyze Oracle SQL database objects like tables, views, triggers, queries, etc.,

    • Autonomous and self-motivated - execute on requirements both independently and with team collaboration

    • Ability to work and collaborate with business, and cross-functional teams

    • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)

    • Ability to thrive in an agile environment with evolving requirements

    • Ability to be innovative, have outside-the-box creativity, and present alternative ideas

    • Being an active listener and willing to communicate your ideas openly
