    The Logistics Analyst , reporting to the Itafos Director of Commercial Operations, is based out of Conda Phosphate Operations and is responsible to perform a wide variety of customer service, sales support, and logistics related functions. The position plays a critical role in tracking rail car movements, rail invoice approvals, creating purchase requisitions, and preparing customs invoices. The position will also support the Conda Product Stewardship program. The position will be a highly functioning member of the Conda Commercial Team.

    Specific responsibilities include:

    • Work closely with the Operations team to coordinate outbound product shipments and inbound raw materials.
    • Monitor railcar movement across the network to ensure timely deliveries and railcar returns.
    • Complete Class 1 Railroad and Short Line invoice approvals.
    • Prepare Canadian Customs invoices.
    • Manage relationship with Itafos customs broker.
    • Support raw material invoice processing.
    • Create Purchase Requisitions for raw materials purchases.
    • Function as a backup for customer invoicing and processing Bills of Lading (BOL’s).
    • Submit and maintain State product registrations across all Itafos products.

    Qualifications for the position include:

    • Competency with Microsoft Office products, Excel skills required.
    • SAP skills and experience are a plus.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and experience dealing with internal and external clients at varying organizational levels.
    • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Possess a high degree of integrity and ability to exercise judgment.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong results/goal orientation.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to perform data analysis, identify trends/issues, and make recommendations on a course of action.
    • Extremely self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to perform work in a fast-paced team environment.
