POSITION SUMMARY
The Financial Analysis will work directly Leadership to develop strategies, processes and pricing to comply with multiple performance guarantees. To accomplish this mission as a Financial Analysis, you will work with the XXXXXX system and create reports and tools to measure performance and recommend adjustments as it pertains to investment pricing. Assist in creating strategic pricing initiatives to manage complex client pricing needs. Additional Ad Hoc support of financial analytics as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop strategic pricing initiatives to manage complex pricing needs
- Development of tools, reports and ad hoc analysis for pricing related initiatives and projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- XXXX years of business analysis, modeling, pricing or data management experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and collect reports
- Ability to handle analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions
- Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of medical coding and billing
- Ability to leverage data to develop models, trends and/or forecasts
- Strong business, organizational and communication skills
