ITI Career Services Department is excited to add to existing staff. As a Career Services Advisor you would:

Work with Students / Graduates on:

• resume preparation
• interview skills
• soft skills
• self-promotion and networking skills

Work with Employers to:

• match graduates with their company needs
• fill employment needs
• identify skills for ideal candidates
• verifying hired candidates
• making Employer site visits

Work administratively to:

• attend Advisory meetings
• build new employer / staff relationships
• career training activities and events
• record and document employment data
• classroom activities
• graduation ceremonies
• meet placement goals

Seeking an energized, caring individual who desires to help motivate others to succeed.

The ideal candidate would thrive in a fast paced environment, be sales oriented, and possess excellent time management skills. Candidates with a Recruiting, Staffing and/or Sales background, and degree is preferred. Competitive salary and benefits offered. Full-time position includes a fluctuating schedule around pre-planned activities and events.
