Job Description
$250 SIGN-ON BONUS!!
SUMMARY:
Assisting Toll Road customers via telephone, in-lane, email, U.S. mail, or in person, in a call center environment with comments, complaints, balance inquiries, payments (cash, check and credit card), opening/ closing accounts and any questions.
RELATIONSHIPS:
· ITRCC customers
· Customer Service Manager
· Customer Service Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Performs all tasks safely, complies with all internal and external safety requirements, supports ITRCC safety culture, and attends all safety trainings as required by ITRCC.
· Uphold ITRCC’s core values: Customer Service, Respect, Excellence, Stewardship and Teamwork (CREST).
· Assists patrons using ETC through utilization of “help buttons” on equipment.
· Provides fast, friendly and accurate information and assistance to all ITR customers.
· Operates central telephone switchboard after hours, weekends and holidays (24/7 operation).
· Performs other duties as required.
· Regular reliable attendance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma/ GED
· Ability to type with speed and accuracy
· Ability to communicate with others under stressful conditions
· Ability to use common sense in making instant decisions
· Ability to remember minute details
· 1-2 years’ experience in customer service industry
· Must pass criminal background check
