TITLE: PROJECT COORDINATOR

LOCATION: REMOTE BUT LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES LOCAL TO  MINNEAPOLIS, MN

DURATION: 1 YEAR CONTRACT LIKELY TO EXTEND

Project Coordinator role in support of our Infrastructure Hardware Lifecycle deployments. Role provides support of a program team for hardware installations while remotely coordinating direction to store technicians throughout retail stores distributed across the US. Includes activities in support of hardware procurement, device configuration and consolidation, and supply chain tracking.

Skillset • Tools: Smartsheet will be the primary tool used (experience is preferred), Excel • Critical thinker • Organized • Drive to take initiative with minimal direction • Attention to detail • Ability to convert data into actionable steps • Effective written and verbal communication • Works well with others and independently as required • Is punctual and reliable Nice to Have:  • Network equipment racking • Network Cabling – Cat6a / Fiber • Network Switches • Server/Compute • Wireless Access Points • IP Telephony • IP Cameras • Point of Sale • Hand-Held devices • Equipment power upgrades – UPS, PDUs, ATSs
