    About the Commissioned Trucking Sales & Account Executive position

    We are looking for an experienced Commissioned Trucking Sales & Account Executive to add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts. You will keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to upper management.

    An excellent Business Development Specialist has an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills. The ideal candidate will also be a creative strategist with excellent organizational abilities.

    The goal is to promote and expand the company's commercial activity that will generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth.

    Commissioned Trucking Sales & Account Executive responsibilities are:

    • Developing and implementing commercial strategies: keeping an active, diverse, and up to date pool of prospects, customers, clients

    • Conducting thorough market research and be proactive in qualifying prospects to fit business needs

    • Ensuring that customer needs are being satisfied

    • Developing and Maintaining Strong Relationships with current, former, and potential customers

    • Delivering account status reports to existing customers on a monthly basis.

    • Creating techniques to attract prospective customers and keeping the current ones.

    • Associating with several teams such as sales, operations, collections, and customer service

    • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and other organizations

    • Monitoring commercial performance

    • Using Hubspot CRM

    • Working with Operations Team to design optimal routes that address current needs while reducing deadhead and driver idle time

    • Develop close relations with drivers to pulse the health of lanes and improve the driver experience

    Commissioned Trucking Sales & Account Executive requirements are:

    • Experience in trucking account management

    • International Travel to MX is required

    • Experience in the sales field, including developing healthy and qualified prospects, customers, clients and sales team

    • Vast knowledge about market research and analysis

    • Able to report on sales performance

    • Good implementation of strategies

    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
