Lead High-Impact Electrical Projects

We’re hiring a Mid–Senior Level Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of complex projects involving switchgear and medium voltage (MV) systems. This is a leadership role overseeing full project lifecycle execution—from planning through closeout.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all phases of electrical projects (MV + switchgear)
• Serve as primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Build and manage schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction
• Review drawings, specs, and submittals for accuracy
• Ensure compliance with safety, codes, and quality standards
• Identify risks and proactively manage delays and cost impacts
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates
• Handle change orders and contract administration

What You Bring

• 5+ years of electrical project management experience
• Strong background in medium voltage and switchgear systems
• Experience in electrical construction, power systems, or industrial projects
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings/specs
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience with utility or infrastructure projects
• PMP (or similar) certification
