Job Description

We are looking for an Electrical Engineering Intern to join our team for the summer of 2024.

Responsibilities include:

• Schematic capture & PCB design.
• Embedded firmware and microprocessor programming.
• Digital signal processing and digital filter design.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test procedures, and test reports.
• Provide technical support for Contract Manufacturing partners in production related issues.

One project the intern will support is controller electronic boards development, including:

• Board schematics capture & PCB layout.
• Prototype, test, and draft test report.
• Documentation

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related degree.
• 3.0 GPA or above.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership and teamwork capabilities required (extracurricular, academic, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Must be able to work onsite at our Eden Prairie, MN location.

Preferred Qualifications/skills:

• Relevant academic projects, internship, or lab experience. Previous relevant internship experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic electrical engineering concepts of design and schematics.
• Knowledge of Altium and/or AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of one or more of the following programming languages preferred: Python, MATLAB, C/C++, VHDL.
