Job Description
Entry level helpdesk role to monitor incoming helpdesk tickets for the 3 IT teams. Ask some basic questions pertaining to the helpdesk ticket, assign tickets to the proper IT team member who will resolve the issue. Over time, the candidate may learn to perform more technical troubleshooting and resolution tasks.
