POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Communications Intern will collaborate with the Marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns and will help develop, expand and maintain digital marketing channels. The intern will prepare presentations for customers and participate in market analysis and reporting in order to extend market growth

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Synthesize and analyze data to support the development of go-to-market strategies and marketing plans.
• Analyze industry and competitor information for opportunities to enhance the packaging product portfolio by utilizing a variety of information resources including industry publications, market trend studies, and reports.
• Assist on internal and external brand communications, including support of PR efforts and digital strategies
• Assist on B2C and B2B marketing campaigns.
• Work with content and design teams to develop creative and copy.
• Identify and leverage customer insights to craft compelling messaging.
• Work closely with the teams in Mexico and Spain to create customer presentations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Media Communications or another related field, having completed at least sophomore year and maintained a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
• Experience with MS Office, especially Power Point.
• Effective communicator capable of independent as well as team collaboration
• Self-motivated team member committed to timely completion of assignments
• Prior marketing or analysis experience a plus
• Organized and analytical with relentless attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
• Bilingual skills (English & Spanish) preferred
