  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Partner with the Corporate HR team on a variety of workplace matters
    • Assist with onboarding of new employees and make recommendations on the new hire orientation process
    • Support ITW’s performance management process during Mid-Year Reviews
    • Support employee engagement initiatives across the campus
    • Create communications for the corporate office on HR updates including performance management, on-site trainings & initiatives, and benefits
    • Participate in the recruitment process of candidates for a variety of job functions at Corporate
    • Assist with creating compelling recruiting content that can be used for social media, digital media, events, and our employment site.
    • Recommend improvements for organization and usability in SharePoint site
    • Support other functional areas (i.e. Talent, Employee Relations, Diversity, Wellness Program, etc.)
    • Additional duties & projects may be assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Pursuing a bachelor’s (rising junior or senior) or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Economics, or related disciplines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Leadership and teamwork capabilities required (extracurricular, academic, etc.)
    • Basic understanding of Human Resources and a desire to pursue a career in HR
    • Eagerness to learn, demonstrated curiosity and a drive to excel
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
