Job Description
THE 80:
REPORTING EXECUTION:
Create and maintain reports to support sales leaders and standardize format and layout
Ensure 80 account plans performance metrics are up to date. Track effectiveness of process with continuous improvement
Sales Pipeline Forecasting – Enforce pipeline forecasting process and conduct the health of sales funnel
Partner with Sales Directors on annual plans and monthly outlooks
SALES PROCESS:
Sales Process Review – Govern & continually redefine process to ensure consistent option of best practices
SALES STRATEGY:
Segmentation & Targeting - Work with Divisions’ Marketing to understand market opportunity and customer segmentation to provide Sales Team with targeted sales goals
CATEGORY MANAGEMENT:
Lead a team of Category Managers & Analysts and provide robust consumer and customer driven insights while providing superior market expertise distinguished by exceptional customer service
COACHING AND DEVELOPMENT:
Supervises and coordinates the functions of the team by mentoring analysts’ day-to-day activities and responsibilities
THE 20:
PROPOSALS:
Reduce touchpoints for the sales team in quoting activities
KEY DELIVERABLES TO DEMONSTRATE SUCCESS IN 12 MOS: Attainment of revenue goals, simplification and adherence to programs and processes and increased engaged selling time for sales resources.
Qualifications
Three or more years of reporting and analytics experience, experience working with large quantities of raw, disorganized data.
Education: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or similar
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to navigate different ERP systems
Communication: Advanced verbal and written communication
