    Job Description

    ArborMetrix is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern. In this entry-level role, you will gain valuable work experience in a dynamic healthcare analytics company and learn more about the strategic role Digital Marketing plays in our success. You will work with a diverse group of intelligent and passionate individuals who work hard, have fun, and value a collaborative work environment. This is a part-time, paid position. You will have a flexible schedule, for a total of 20 hours per week. 

    The best person for this role is eager to learn how to build and optimize a brand’s digital presence through a variety of Digital Marketing tactics. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Monitor the Marketing website for quality and consistency in design, content, and user experience. 
    • Maintain website health by identifying and resolving issues through regular site audits. 
    • Identify opportunities to implement best practices on a B2B website and drive quality leads. 
    • Collaborate with our New Business team, the broader Marketing team, and other subject matter experts (SMEs) to publish content on the website. 
    • Learn how to conduct valuable keyword research to inform our SEO, Paid Search, and Content Marketing strategies using SEM tools. 
    • Learn how to use data to inform Marketing decisions using analytics tools. 
    • Support the team in executing Digital campaigns including SEO, Paid Advertising, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and more. 
    • Support processes and other needs to grow and scale the impact of Digital Marketing on the company’s success.

    • Enthusiastic about technology and the digital aspect of Marketing. 
    • Highly motivated to succeed, resourceful, creative, and capable of handling multiple ongoing projects. 
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform decisions. 
    • Highly organized, detail oriented with the ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment. 
    • Strong aptitude and interest in learning new technologies. 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). 
    • Experience or interest in Digital Marketing strategies including SEO, Paid Advertising, Email, Social Media, and Content. 
    • Experience or interest in website strategy. 
    • Strong interest in our mission. 
    • Active pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

     

    Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, Video Production/Editing, Project Management
