    Job Description

    SUMMARY

    This position is responsible for providing product technical phone support of refrigeration products and an excellent customer service experience to independent service agents, which supports $1 billion of refrigeration equipment, in the field.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide technical troubleshooting and repair assistance via telephone to Traulsen independent service agents
    • Facilitate resolution of equipment and service performance complaints received from customers
    • Investigate and assist Quality and Engineering with resolution development for equipment performance
    • Conduct or support in house training
    • Review for technical merit and process warranty claims within approval limitations
    • Support upgrades and retrofit programs as needed
    • Assist with the development of Owner’s Manuals, parts lists and technical document support.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3+ years experience in technical field support in refrigeration, HVAC or Electronics
    • Good communication and listening skills
    • Excellent customer focus and customer service skills
    • Displays creativity and innovation
    • Outstanding dependability and reliability
    • Good problem solving and analysis

    Education and Work Experience

    • Applicable Technical Degree in HVAC-R or applicable experience in lieu of a degree
