Business Development Rotational Program
Job Description
This position will be located in Troy, Ohio. Selected individuals will progress through a rotational development program that includes both broad company/industry acclimation as well as focused assignments in different business units of the ITW Food Equipment Group. Emphasis will be placed on Marketing, Project Management, Business Development, General Management, and Sales, through a variety of projects spanning approximately 24 months. The candidate will benefit from valuable introductions to and networking with ITW stakeholders at many levels in several business units. The program is based in Troy, Ohio with travel likely. Temporary (months) relocation is possible, based on the availability of business unit assignments and program candidate’s interests. Upon completion of the program, the candidate will be eligible to apply for sales and/or marketing positions in one of several FEG business units.
