    Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    THE 80:

    • Create and manage systems that drive efficiencies across team communications and processes
    • Manage and schedule posts to social media channels for all brands
    • Work with the company’s design team to coordinate the delivery of projects and all associated materials (design, photography, copywriting, video, email, social media and content development)
    • Work with key external vendors to execute a wide variety of initiatives and help ensure cohesion between our brands and the marketing/advertising deliverables.
    • Monitor the ongoing efforts and analyze the actual results from advertising/marketing projects to determine their effectiveness, helping inform future activities
    • Assist Marketing Team in developing marketing plans that includes branding, advertising, social media, public relations, channel marketing and much more
    • Assist Sales Team in developing marketing elements at the retail level.
    • Conduct research and competitive analysis
    • Ordering promotional materials by coordinating requirements with graphics department, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
    • Researching competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.

    THE 20:

    • Run departmental marketing and product reports
    • Data entry
    • File management and archival

    • Independently facilitate tactical marketing elements for campaigns
    • Provide solutions to seamless execution of marketing vehicles
    • Confidently manage and post all social media content

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing (or similar degree) or comparable years of experience.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook a plus
    • Experience with social media/online marketing platforms
    • Ability to work independently, taking ownership over projects
    • Adept project manager; impeccable time management and prioritization skills
    • Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills, ability to build and manage relationships
    • Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
    • Excellent writing and grammar skills
    • Experience working in retail or with retail a plus
    • Experience working with consumer-packaged goods a plus
