    The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Windows system administration, virtualized environments, enterprise storage concepts, networking and network security, and desktop support. This role will be part of a team that maintains IT infrastructure for our clients. This is a hands-on role that includes installing, configuring and maintaining servers Windows, networking equipment, storage devices, and various other types of hardware and software

    PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Hands-on, subject matter expert with Microsoft Windows Architecture, Active Directory (AD) and Exchange
    • Act as VCIO for assigned clients, the client’s primary point of contact for service and support leadership
    • Schedule site visits to maintain client satisfaction
    • Work with NOC to create quarterly business reviews for client presentations
    • Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade and provide recommendated solutions from basic to complex hardware/software problems.
    • Able to diagnose complex systems problems with ease
    • Possess integrated product knowledge
    • Competent designer of large systems solutions able to drive and directly support delivery efforts. Ability to work with ITsavvy Solution Architecture team
    • Able to provide technical mentorship
    • Strong customer liaison skills
    • Strong supervisory skills and ability to coordinate team efforts
    • Strong technical writing skills and ability to interpret data
    • Ability to troubleshoot network equipment to isolate faults
    • Perform remote and on-site client consultation including analysis, planning, implementation and support of the server infrastructure
    • Support IT architectures for complex customer environments and implement infrastructure solutions based on a Windows platform and Microsoft Server software
    • Migrations to Office 365
    • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and monitor core services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, MS Exchange 2012-2016, SQL Server 2000-2016, IIS
    • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and monitor VMware ESXi 4.1-6.x
    • Confer with management, define the bounds and aims of system implementations, create project plans, and provide management with status and progress reports
    • Create and document all actions, practices, procedures and processes
    • Analyze existing system procedures for efficiency and effectiveness
    • Work under limited direction with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement. Strong time management and priority setting skill
    • Other reasonable Senior Support services associated with the planning, deployment, installation, administration, and management
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology discipline or equivalent experience
    • Exhibits excellent troubleshooting skills around storage and backup, recovery and archiving
    • 6+ years of experience working on complex, innovation, large-scale operations environment supporting storage technologies in a VMware/Windows/Linux environments
    • Experience with data replication between Data Centers and Disaster Recovery sites is a plus
    • Deep knowledge and experience supporting Fiber Channel storage solutions.
    • Strong level of experience with design, configuration, capacity planning, tuning and maintenance of high-performance server and SAN based storage system, SAN fabric switching, HBA's, zoning, and volume management software in a large scale environment
    • Strong background in process creation and problem solving skills
    • Strong technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards, including LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, MPID, FC
    • Highly self-motivated and directed
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Strong desire to learn and grow technically and professionally
    • Proficiency with Firewalls and perimeter security, Storage Area Network architecture, windows servers and enterprise domains
    • Basic scripting knowledge of VB or Powershell
    • Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, SAN's, Sharepoint and related technologies is desired. Strong aptitude understanding Applications is a plus
