IV League Inc, located in Culver City, CA is seeking a Medical Filing Clerk. The Medical Filing Clerk should be organized, energetic, and familiar with online billing. This is an Entry-level role with an amazing opportunity to be part of the IV league family. We are the leading provider of home infusion services in Southern California.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pickup Documents from various locations within the Office
• Scan and attach documents to specified folders (attention to detail is key)
• Assist Billing Department as needed, copying, and retrieving documents.
• Familiarity with Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
• Familiarity with Excel
• Exposure to Letter of understanding (LOU)
• Mailing, and faxing

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs.
• Prolonged sitting
• Walking to and from pickup/drop-off locations.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday – through Saturday, Flexible availability needed

PAY AND BENEFITS:

· Job Type: Part-time

· Sick Leave

· Salary: $15.00 per hour
