Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience managing complex federal IT, systems, or program support contracts.
- Demonstrated experience managing IV&V, SDLC, or technical oversight efforts in a federal environment.
- Strong knowledge of federal program management practices, reporting requirements, and governance structures.
- Experience managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk on Time-and-Materials or professional services contracts.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and interface effectively with senior government stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Experience supporting grants management systems or financial systems.
- Familiarity with Agile and hybrid SDLC methodologies.
- Experience supporting CPIC, OMB reporting, or federal compliance initiatives.
