Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls resulting in sales Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

Event Industry Experience preferred but not required.

Must be able to Multi-Task Must be able to work under pressure...with a smile Must have at least 1 year experience in customer service Type at least 25/WPM Ability to build rapport with clients Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have EXCELLENT follow-through skills Must be an excellent team player Fun and casual working environment. Must love dogs! Medical/Dental/401K with match available after 90 days. Vacation and sick time after 90 days. Monthly commission available on top of base pay.
