About Us

Be part of The Original Rainbow Cone history! Since 1926, the iconic 5 flavors of chocolate, strawberry, Palmer House, pistachio, and orange sherbet have produced many smiles and joys for countless children and adults for 100 years. Originally founded in Chicago, this will be the second location to open in California and on the West Coast. We are seeking cone artists who will assist our franchise partner in bringing this delicious, nostalgia-inducing experience to families and visitors in Southern California!

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to ensure the perfect ice cream experience for customers

Scoop or "slice" layers of the 5 flavors to create the famous Rainbow Cone

Make ice cream cakes, shakes, sundaes, and mini donuts

Take customer orders with a friendly smile and handle payments accurately

Restock ice cream flavors, cones, bowls, and utensils

Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and workstations

Support a culture that respects and celebrates all team members

Requirements

Minimum age of 16 years

Work permit for employees younger than 18 years of age

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

Positive attitude that values hard work and reliability

California Food Handler card or willingness to obtain it

Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift 25 lbs
