<Responsibilities>

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their favorite ice cream flavors and toppings

Operate POS systems to process sales accurately and efficiently

Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling with precision and integrity

Prepare ice cream signatures, shakes, floats, and other menu items following safety and sanitation standards

Maintain cleanliness of the serving area, including cleaning equipment, counters, and dining space

Upsell additional toppings or specialty items to enhance customer experience and increase sales

Manage food safety protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation, and bussing tables as needed

<Requirements>

Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments preferred

Familiarity with POS systems is a plus

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests of all ages

Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order totaling

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning

Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a food industry setting

Experience in cashiering, serving, or retail environments is advantageous

Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
