Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Ice Machine Installer to join our team. This role is responsible for the delivery, setup, and installation of commercial ice machines and related components, ensuring all equipment functions safely and correctly according to manufacturer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install commercial ice machines, bins, and dispensers at customer sites

Perform site inspections and prepare equipment for installation

Read and interpret installation manuals, blueprints, and technical diagrams

Connect water lines, drain lines, and electrical wiring according to code

Test equipment to ensure proper functionality and efficiency

Communicate clearly with customers and office staff regarding installation status

Maintain accurate records of work performed

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year experience in HVAC/R, plumbing, or appliance installation preferred

Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge required

Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment (50–100 lbs)

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred:

EPA Certification or willingness to obtain

Experience with Hoshizaki
