About the Role:

Join BROTHERS CREAMERY and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to serving the finest frozen custard in Chicago! This role is perfect for those who love to create delightful experiences and share their passion for sweet treats.

Responsibilities: Be available to be scheduled Friday - Saturday - Sunday 4-11PM

Scoop and create concrete mixers

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and product knowledge

Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies

Prepare and serve toppings and desserts in a visually appealing manner

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or food service role

Must be at least 18 years old

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. We close at 10-11 PM on some nights!

Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Start pay is $16 plus tips. ( Our team averages $5-$9 per hour in tips)
