    Job Description

    Iceberg is looking for a systems admin to build what the Project Management team designs and to support clients in Salesforce and other integrated systems. This role is an excellent opportunity to sharpen your systems skills. You'll get to work with dozens of high-growth startups, help solve all sorts of interesting problems, and collaborate with the best minds in Revenue Operations.

    This role is the first step on the path to RevOps Project Manager, the operations expert who helps companies define their needs and build solutions to support complex sales, marketing, and CS processes.

    The Systems Admin role is 100% remote. It is a contract-to-hire role. After 3 months, if there is mutual interest in full time collaboration, you will have the option to join as a full time member of the Iceberg team!

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Work with operations leadership to define business requirements and architect complex solutions leveraging CRM, Marketing Automation, and other integrated platforms (Outreach.io, SalesLoft, LeanData, ZoomInfo, and more).

    • Using technical experience and best practices to design, configure, implement, and customize systems

    • Configure CRM and MA system to integrate with various systems according to best practices

    • Align CRM infrastructure to support sales and customer success processes

    • Analyze marketing and/or sales operational processes to identify and recommend efficiencies

    • Ensure quality of all systems implementations and updates by thoroughly testing

    • Manage multiple projects that are delivered on time

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, is comfortable context-switching, and is a master of time management. Additionally, experience working across operations functions would be of benefit.

    Required

    • 3+ years of experience working as a Salesforce administrator - specifically on behalf of sales teams
    • Minimum of an Admin 201 certification in Salesforce and the ability to design, build, update Salesforce using the following (at a minimum):
      • Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules
      • Approvals
      • Complex reports and dashboards
    • Strong understanding of how Marketing Automation systems work and integrate with Salesforce
    • Desire to work across multiple teams and clients, often switching contexts to keep projects moving forward in parallel

    Nice to Have

    • Experience managing implementations of third-party tools that integrate with 
    • Project management and/or consulting background
    • SaaS sales operations experience
    • Administrator experience or certifications in major Marketing Automation systems (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot)
