Wellness Coordinator –

Icebox Cryotherapy is looking for a full time employee for our Short Hills location. Icebox is an upscale athletic and therapeutic spa specializing in innovative cold therapies. We work with clients that are looking for athletic wellness/recovery, natural pain management & beauty using cold therapy. We offer a flexible schedule allowing for a great work-life balance. Team members will assist with client reception, introduction to various therapies, package & product sales, room/studio cleaning. Preferred work history in the spa/health and fitness/wellness industry, must have basic computer and administrative skills. A very nice to have is retail or membership sales experience. Most importantly, must be OBSESSED with a healthy lifestyle.

Enjoy a great work environment with paid training and monthly bonus opportunities. Must be able to work weekends. Studio is open 7 days/week, but closed on major holidays. Shifts range from 4-8 hours in length.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Deliver an overall excellent customer service experience • Promote and educate clients on company products and culture • Describe service benefits • Create relationships with clients to further personalize their experience • Proactively attend to clients to insure quality customer service • Answer customer queries regarding services • Recommend & select services and packages • Make suggestions and encourage purchase of products • Assist in maintenance of studio facility and equipment • Maintain cleanliness of studio
