Responsibilities: • Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs • Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned • Initiate maintenance and safety programs for a variety of facility equipment • Be responsible for the preventative maintenance of machinery, such as HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, swimming pool area, light fixtures, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs when necessary. • Inspect all aspects of the building inside and outside, for structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and floors and perform necessary repairs. • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned. • Process and oversee deliveries. • Plan and schedule facility modifications, including cost estimates for the facility. • Keep records of when any equipment was serviced or repairs were made. • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operating smoothly and eliminate safety risks. Qualifications: • 2+ years of maintenance experience • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems Compensation: $23 - $26 hourly
