    Job Description

    Our Member Services Representative will work with our SureMed members, agents, and benefit partners as a liaison that fosters easy and positive communication to problem-solve both common and unique issues. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team to help support our thriving SureMed member base.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • · Support inbound calls and emails from members, sales agents, and benefit partners
    • · Initiate outbound courtesy calls
    • · Help members and answer questions about their SureMed membership benefits
    • · Resolve account, payment, and enrollment issues
    • · Remain knowledgeable of our unique products and procedures
    • · Update department spreadsheets
    • · Recognize and report compliance issues
    • · Facilitate claim processing for insurance benefits
    • · Participate in team meetings

     

    SKILLS:

    • · Highly personable and accommodating
    • · Skilled at research and problem solving
    • · Proven ability to handle multiple levels of customer issues
    • · Strong comfort with internet/cloud-based applications
    • · Client relationship management and insurance experience a plus
    • · Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

    • · Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
