    BRIEF DESCRIPTION

    Manage the general operations and responsible for the effective and successful administration of the workforce, productivity, quality control and security measures established and assigned to the Area Manager Role. Ensure safe and efficient store operations. Serve as a representative of the company on regulatory matters. Improve store procedures, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reports, and store efficiency. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Direct training to store employees to develop skills and improve their job performance.

    · Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, evaluation and review of labor contributions.

    · Plan and review compensation actions; enforced policies and procedures.

    · Implement production, productivity, quality and customer service satisfaction; solve problems; complete audits; identify trends.

    · Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving products, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.

    · Analyze workflow, employee requirements, space and team design; implement changes.

    · Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by establishing, following and applying standards and procedures; comply with legal regulations.

    · Update knowledge of work by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; participate in professional organizations.

    · Fulfill the organization's operations and mission by completing related results as needed.

    · Meet or exceed the expectations of the labor budget of operations.

    · Manage staffing levels, salaries, hours, hire labor to improve income.

    · Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees.

    · Direct a safe workplace, free of injury/accidents.

    · Serve as a primary point of contact when there are problems with customers related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on site. This includes any problems at the customer's premises, such as breaking a fence or debris from tape on the floor.

    · Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways to improve the customer experience, including troubleshooting issues and complaints.

    · Communicate all operational policies and/or problems in department meetings.

    · Work closely with the inventory manager and team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure that we are using our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining robust inventory data and reducing sub-rental expenses.

    · Contact the legal advisory and security department to ensure that all processes continue to comply with OSHA and other government regulations.
