    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive tax preparation, filing, planning, and strategic advice to individual clients. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise by presenting tax-related information at public seminars and events. Responsibilities: 1. Tax Preparation and Filing: • Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns for individual clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. • Review clients' financial documents, including income statements, deductions, credits, and other relevant information to maximize tax benefits and minimize liabilities. • Utilize tax preparation software and tools to streamline the tax preparation process and maintain detailed records of client information and filings. 2. Tax Planning and Strategy: • Provide proactive tax planning and strategic advice to clients to optimize their tax outcomes and achieve their financial goals. • Identify tax-saving opportunities, deductions, credits, and incentives applicable to clients' unique financial situations. • Develop customized tax strategies and recommendations tailored to clients' needs and objectives, including retirement planning, investment strategies, and estate planning considerations. 3. Client Consultation and Communication: • Conduct consultations with individual clients to assess their tax needs, goals, and concerns, and provide expert guidance and recommendations. • Communicate complex tax concepts and strategies in a clear, concise, and understandable manner to clients, empowering them to make informed decisions. • Address client inquiries, concerns, and follow-up questions regarding tax matters with professionalism and exceptional client service. 4. Public Seminars and Education: • Assist in delivering informative and engaging presentations on tax-related topics at public seminars, workshops, and community events. • Serve as a subject matter expert on tax laws, regulations, and best practices, and educate attendees on key tax planning strategies, changes, and updates. • Foster relationships with attendees, potential clients, and community stakeholders to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation as a trusted tax advisor. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance • Proven experience in tax preparation, planning, and consulting for individual clients, with a strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. • Proficiency in tax preparation software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and diverse audiences. • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and client confidentiality. Compensation: $75,000
