    Ideal Retirement Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives and unforgettable client events. You will wear many hats, from crafting compelling content to managing event logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external audiences. This role is required in person at the Port Charlotte office and occasionally in venues throughout SWFL. You must be local and willing to be onsite to be considered for this opportunity. Responsibilities: Marketing: • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website, etc.) to generate leads and brand awareness • Create high-quality content (blog posts, social media graphics, email marketing materials) that educates and engages our target audience • Manage and maintain our company website and social media presence • Track and analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI • Assist with market research and competitor analysis Events: • Plan, coordinate, and execute client events (workshops, seminars, client events) to build relationships and promote our services • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor coordination, and attendee registration • Develop engaging event content and presentations • Oversee event execution and ensure a smooth and successful experience for all attendees Other Duties: • Support with public relations activities, such as press release development and media outreach • Assist with the creation of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, etc.) • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and financial services Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or events coordination • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 yearly
