Job Description
We are currently looking for an EPIC WILLOW ANALYST to provide additional support in maintaining and optimizing the Epic system. This is a remote position and the candidate can be located anywhere in the United States. This is a contract opportunity running through until the end of 2023 with a possibility of converting to full-time.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Analyzes, develops, configures, tests and implements Electronic Health Record (EHR) software and related analytics, with minimal supervision.
Acts as user liaison between clinical or business departments and Information Systems; providing domain expertise and experience for multiple interacting healthcare departments.
Performs system configuration functions using on-line architectural tools with minimal supervision. Leads others to adhere to established industry best practices, standards, and quality.
Works closely with Pharmacy stakeholders to properly engineer workflow.
Produces user requested reports utilizing special features on designated systems.
Oversees maintenance of Willow Inpatient, Willow Inventory, and/or Willow Ambulatory modules
Prepares charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submits recommendations for solutions.
Prepares detailed program specifications and flowcharts and coordinates the system's installation with the user department.
Analyzes user-reported problems to determine corrective action.
Ensures department documentation is at current levels.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Epic Willow certified specialist experienced in working with Pharmacy operations team and end users within organization and other outside parties as necessary to trouble shoot build issues, operational issues, and other technical issues.
Certification in Epic Willow Inpatient required
Epic Willow Inventory, and Epic Willow ambulatory preferred.
Prefer PharmD for medication build and orderset build. Prefer pharmacy tech.
