The Phone Appointment Setter is responsible for generating appointments by contacting potential clients and introducing our coaching program via phone (Inbound/Outbound).
This job is for someone looking to supplement your income, or maybe even replace your current income and take control of your schedule. You can be fresh out of high school, college, retired, blind – it does not matter, as long as you are a hard worker, can sell you a** ff, want to achieve more in life and want to help others achieve more in life too – this job is probably for you.
In this role, you will:
Build interest, identify people who are interested, book an appointment to see if they are a fit for our program and if we can help them, and then get them scheduled on the Sr. Enrollment Advisor’s calendar, and ensure they actually show up.
- You will work the phone and know that calls equal money to generate client appointments and sales leads
- You will be FIRED UP about making 150+ calls daily, outbound cold calling prospects and setting appointments from the autodialer, optins, social, and lists provided
- You will send emails, answer emails, answer chat messages and work with a proven closer because YOU KNOW – the more appointments made, the more you make.
- Business to consumer outbound calling, setting appointments to sell services related to staffing startup services to entrepreneurs and professionals such as nurses, doctors, software developers, project managers, training companies and more.
- Business to business outbound calling, setting appointments to sell services related to staffing startup services to hospitals and other healthcare related organizations - Calling on the following titles: CEOs, Chief Nursing Officers, CHRO, Executive Director, Nursing Director, and other related titles
- You must be able to conduct yourself with a high level of courtesy and professionalism on the phone and have the confidence and ability to conduct meaningful conversations with business leaders (CEO, CHRO, etc.) in order to secure appointments.
- You will use our phone dialer to call and record calling activity in CRM system database (Pipedrive) and update CRMS records to record any updates or changes in prospect address, phone, and contacts as appropriate.
- You will schedule sales calls with prospects and closers on Zoom,
- You will build and maintain relationships with new and current prospects through the communication channels provided by us because you genuinely want to impact lives
- You will meet daily, weekly, monthly sales quotas & follow sales scorecard to level up your pockets and career
- You will participate in proactive efforts to achieve departmental and company goals and shoot for lots of bonuses.
You will maintain compliance with company policies, practices and procedures.
Education, Experience, & Must Haves:

- We would like for you to have sales experience, in a call center, retail, hospitality, telemarketing, inside sales, phone sales, auto sales, insurance sales, wine sales, medical device sales, pharma sales, telecommunications background
- If you come from a commission based jobs background - you will do VERY well in this role
- Must be tech savvy – VERY tech savvy.
- Must be able to show up to daily call EVERYDAY at 9am PST/ 12pm EST for one hour
- Must be available to communicate online via Slack daily while interacting with the team.

- Have the ability to handle shifting priorities
- Personal initiative is also necessary
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial
What you need for this role:
A computer or laptop with video camera for video meetings, high speed internet connection via ethernet wired connection to laptop or computer, quiet office for calling activity.
Compensation & Perks
- Job Type: Full-time competitive compensation plan with significant upside in both comp and responsibility
- Base Pay: $1,500.00/mo
- + Commission Pay $2,500.00 – $5,000.00 per week + Potential for additional bonuses
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekend availability)
- Ability to commute/relocate: (can be remote)
