    Our client is a Healthcare Staffing agency looking for a dynamic professional who can:

    - Process new nurse applications

    - Keep track of credential documentation and follow-up with nurses to ensure they have submitted their credentialing information

    - Prepare nurses for interviews with hiring managers

    - Communicating and working with nurses and hospitals/facilities to ensure nurse files are completed timely, accurate, and in compliance with regulations and requirements

    - Verify nurses information; ensure database is kept current and accurate Keep nurse files online and offline up to date by keeping track of expiration dates for credentials so they can be renewed on-time

    - helps and encourages nurses to apply and renew credentials

    - review applications for accuracy

     

    You must be extremely organized, self-motivated, and able to multi-task. This position requires communication with nurses, outside credentialing contacts at hospitals/facilities, teamwork with our in-house departments (Credentialing, Scheduling, and Recruiting), and individual work to meet goals and ensure files are up to date and accurate.

    • Computer literacy including MS Office, web based software, scheduling software
    • Courteous and professional presentation
    • Ability to work both independently and in teams
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
